After spending the 2018 season away from the NFL, Bell is likely to hit the open market with several suitors already coming into focus. After NFL Network analyst Ian Rapoport pointed toward the Ravens as a fit, the 3-time Pro Bowl back took notice.

Baltimore captured the 2018 AFC North crown following a rookie campaign from Lamar Jackson which witnessed the former Heisman trophy winner go 6-1 in 7 starts. The Ravens historically are a ground and pound franchise and finished second last year in the NFL with 153 rush yards per game.
