Asian Doll signed to Gucci Mane’s 1017 Records last summer. In October, she released her label debut project ‘So Icy Princess‘ which featured the single ‘Icy‘ with Gucci and Yung Mal.
Now, the rising Dallas rapper revealed on social media today some details about when she signed her contract. She said 1017 wanted to give her money to get her breasts done but she wasn’t feeling that at all. She wanted to do that on her own terms.
Asian Doll also added that getting her breasts done was originally an agreement in the contract. She thinks it should be the choice of women to get surgery whenever they want, not feel the pressure from others to stay natural.
She ended up getting her breasts done but emphasized that it was her own decision and not anyone elses. What’s funny about the money she received from the label to get her breasts done is that she said she ended up spending that money on Gucci and other clothes.
I wonder if that money was an advance she has to pay back to the label.
These are little things that artist really need to pay attention to. Regardless if she got Gucci or boobs is that money eventually going to come out of her pocket as an artist because she has to reimburse the label?
