Yes, this is true.
Jerry Foxhoven, the ex-director of Iowa’s Department of Human Services, sent and received more than 350 emails that referenced Tupac.
Over his two-year tenure, 66-year-old Jerry Foxhoven sent and received at least 350 pages of emails that referenced “Tupac” or “2Pac.”
I have absolutely no problem with Mr. Foxhaven and his actions. In fact, he deserved to be promoted to whatever dang position he liked. Put him as governor of Iowa, I don’t care. He deserves it.
The employee that reported his emails doesn’t seem to like fun.
at least one employee complained to lawmakers about the emails last year.
I don’t even care if he even went this far with the whole shenanigan.
