Baby Shark has been a huge record in regards to appealing to young kids this year and now, it’s weirdly being used to get homeless people to stop sleeping on the patio of a rental banquet facility owned by the city of West Palm Beach, FL.
According to The Blast, the song is being played during the night in the area. “Raining Tacos” is another popular kids song this year that is being used to get the homeless to leave from this area. These songs are supposed to be temporary while West Palm Beach is planning hours for the facility so they can start enforcing trespassing laws.
This area is mostly used for business meetings, bar mitzvahs, birthdays and graduation parties. It overlooks the city’s downtown area Great Lawn and waterfront. This move is definitely immoral. The homeless aren’t causing any trouble and to think some kids songs would make them leave is a very weird though.
