Former Cowboys running back Darren McFadden is being charge with DWI, and resisting arrest after falling asleep at a Whataburger drive-thru.
McFadden was arrested back on January 21, after cops say he was asleep on the wheel of his 2019 GMC Yukon.
During the incident officers had to smash the passenger and the driver side window of McFadden car. If McFadden is convicted he could face up to two years in jail and $8,000 in fines.
McFadden next court date is in October.
