Game of Thrones fans will have to wait for another time to tell showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss how they felt about the shows divisive last season.
On Wednesday Game Of Thrones Twitter account tweeted out the updated list of panelist appearing at their San Diego Comic-Con panel on Friday and Benioff and Weiss were nowhere to be found after previously being listed as panelists.
The #GoTSDCC panel taking place Friday, 7/19 at 5:30PM in Hall H will now consist of panelists @Maisie_Williams, @RaleighRitchie, @nikolajcw, @isaac_h_wright, @johnbradleywest, @liamcunningham1 & Conleth Hill.

Per Variety, HBO chalked up their absence to
“production and scheduling conflicts.”
Also according to Variety, Benioff and Weiss are already working on the next Star Wars installment set to hit theaters in 2022.
This, however, didn’t prevent fans from roasting the showrunners on Twitter.
