BSO reported earlier how DeMarcus Cousins was caught on tape telling his baby mama Cristy West he was going to put a bullet in her head for not allowing his son to come to his wedding this past weekend.
We have confirmed a couple of things.
The first being that his son did want to attend the wedding, the second being Ms. West was being petty by not allowing it and three it is Cousins on the tape threatening to kill her.
After the threat, Ms. West did go to the police. A person was asked to be anonymous because they weren’t supposed to show us the documents, showed us the restraining order against Boogie and the official police report.
In the restraining order docs, Ms. West states that Cousins said he could get her killed and not get his hands dirty. She also states that Cousins has choked her in the past.
The Mobile, Alabama police department has started an active investigation into the threat. No word on what Cousins could be potentially be charged with.
In another twist, Ms. West dates 49ers DB Jimmie Ward. Ward, West and Cousins all went to High School together and Ward and West dated before West dating Cousins. After she and Cousins broke up, West and Ward started back up their relationship.
