As if the New England Patriots offseason couldn’t get more erratic, sources have confirmed,
According to Yahoo sports, New England Safety Patrick Chung has been indicted for felony cocaine possession on June 25 in Belknap County, New Hampshire of this year.
The Arraignment for the charges will take place before the end of this month, according to NBA Sports Boston.
The cocaine charge Chung is facing is a Class B felony, that carries a sentence of 3.5 to 7 years in prison.
What’s interesting, is that the charges took place around June 25th and are just now being presented in front of a grand jury.
What can we expect now? Due to these charges just now being presented, expect the NFL to potentially suspend Chung in some sort of fashion due to the NFL-substance abuse policy.
