Things got heated Tuesday afternoon in Manhattan between Lil Kim and an animal protestor.
Lil Kim arrived at the BUILD Series studios and was harassed pretty vocally by an activist over wearing fur. One day later she spoke to ExtraTv about why she harbors no ill will towards PETA or animal activists.
Kim was arriving at a press appearance when she was met by protestors, with one woman yelling things like “Stop wearing fur.” Today, at our Levi’s studio in NYC, she told Nate, “I do not mind protesting. I think you should definitely stand up for your right. I love, love animals… However, you do not take things into your own hands. You do not get aggressive. You do not jump into anyone’s space.”
The rapper added, “Peaceful protests mean more than anything… Go ahead, PETA, keep doing what you do. I am supporting you from a distance if you’re not in my upper space trying to violate. At the end of the day, I understand what you are fighting for.”The rapper added, “Peaceful protests mean more than anything… Go ahead, PETA, keep doing what you do.
