Everyone is coming out with statements now.
I appreciate them all even though you can tell most of them are carefully crafted PR statements that aren’t really saying much, but saying something is better than saying nothing.
Someone like Patrick Mahomes doesn’t have to say anything and I do like the part where he points out he never really experienced racism but he can see how it exists now.
A lot of athletes because they were so good of players at such a young age grow up in privilege, but you can’t ignore what is going in the real world.
