At the time, Stubblefield said he was being extorted.
A jury disagreed with and found him guilty of rape.
Stubblefield was convicted of forcible rape of a developmentally disabled woman while using a gun.
The incident involved a woman who came to Stubblefield’s home believing she was going to be interviewed as a possible babysitter. The woman was developmentally disabled and the incident took place in Morgan Hill, California.
