Dr. Dre is gearing up for war in his divorce battle with his estranged wife Nicole Young.
According to reports, Dr. Dre has officially responded to Nicole’s petition for divorce. The music mogul is being represented by powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser.
In his response, Dre revealed the two had a prenuptial agreement and he wants the terms followed. Nicole failed to mention a prenup in her original petition. She is asking the court for spousal support and a division of their marital property.
Dre believes Nicole is entitled to spousal support but says the distribution of property is covered by the prenuptial agreement. Child support is not an issue since their kids are adults.
