Two of the most historic franchises in the NFC East have one thing in common, overly involved ownership. There’s been a lot said about Dallas Cowboys Owner/General Manager Jerry Jones and his micromanaging of the franchise, but according to former coach Jay Gruden, the Washington Football Team has the same problem, maybe even worse.
