After the year that was 2020 I wasn’t sure there were many things left that I would consider shocking, 2021 is already showing me different.
TMZ is reporting that Tessica Brown, aka im_d_ollady on Instagram is reportedly seeking legal action against Gorilla Glue for being mislead about the product. Ms. Brown used the product in her hair as a substitute for Got2b Glued Spray which she says she normally uses to finish her hair off after being styled.
“Hey, y’all. For those of you that know me know that my hair has been like this for about a month now. It’s not by choice. No, it’s not by choice,” said Brown. “When I do my hair, I like to finish it off with a little Göt2b Glued Spray, you know, just to keep it in place. Well, I didn’t have any more göt2b Glued Spray, so I used this: Gorilla Glue spray. Bad, bad, bad idea.”
“My hair, it don’t move. You hear what I’m telling you? It. Don’t. Move.” She went on to demonstrate just how immovable her hair was as a result of applying the adhesive. “I’ma tell y’all like this: If you ever, ever run out of Göt2b Glued Spray, don’t ever use this. Unless you want your hair to be like that forever.”
After spending an entire day in the ER trying to remove the glue she now feels legal action is the next course of action. No, I’m not making this up.
