A California corrections officer convicted of having sex with an inmate in full view of other prisoners will spend 210 days in jail, then serve two years of probation.
Tina Gonzalez, 27, admitted to the crimes and her attorney, Martin Taleisnik, claimed her “marriage was falling apart” when she committed the acts.
“Cutting a hole in your pants to make it easier to have sex with an inmate and having intercourse in full view of 11 other inmates is something only a depraved mind could come up with,” Fresno County assistant sheriff Steve McComas said.
I can only imagine what her husband is thinking right now.
Just file for divorce and try to move on.
She was also giving her inmate bae razor blades and cell phones. She let him know when his cell would be search and his information the opps inside the joint.
She has become a bit of a celebrity and word men who are hoping to holla at her when she gets out are putting money on her books.
I would love for her to have to explain in open court what her husband did that made her feel the need to have sex with an inmate while 11 other inmates watched?
Did he not take out the trash or did he leave his socks on the floor?
What was the breaking point that she decided to cut a hole in her pants for easy access and keep some extra razor blades in her pocket for her boo in case there was a prison riot?
The more I think about it, the more I feel she should have gotten 100 years in jail.
Not, for the sex part, but just for embarrassing her husband like this. He can never go back into the group chat again.
