Florida people at times do unto others until it’s done unto them.
A man from Florida who remains unidentified had his $1 million in jewelry stolen after claiming he was drugged by a woman while in Atlanta.
This is a common scam from IG models (and Cardi B back in the day). You have to be really careful about who you invite to your hotel room after you have just met them.
If it seems too good to be true and you don’t look like Denzel Washington, you are probably going to get drugged and robbed.
Atlanta police said a woman allegedly stole $1 million worth of jewelry from a man staying at the Westin Hotel in Buckhead last Saturday via 11 Alive.
APD said the woman introduced herself as “Sasha” to a man at Hide Kitchen & Cocktails on Roswell road.
Let’s stop right for a minute.
If you have one $1 million in jewels you might want to see the woman’s driver’s license to verify she is who she says she is.
The man then took the woman back to his room at the Westin Hotel, where he had $1 million worth of jewelry secured in a locked safe.
APD said he had sex with her and he believes he might have been drugged, stating to police “he has never slept that hard.”
When he woke up, “Sasha” was not in the room, the shower was left running and the safe was open with all of his jewelry missing.
Sasha is actually Shirley Azambuya and the man was able to ID her from a photo lineup, so this wasn’t her first rodeo.
She is currently on the run, so be careful fellas.
The man says he doesn’t know how she was able to open the safe, but it is likely that she just watched him put in the code or maybe she did it “Mission Impossible” style and used baby powder to see the key print.
It’s a messed up situation and whoever the guy is should move cautiously the next time.
