Producer Mally Mall is down bad.
He turned himself in to serve his 33-month prison sentence back in August for a prostitution ring, and now he’s filed for bankruptcy, according to VladTV.
According to a document filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada on September 16, the 46-year-old said his monthly income is $333,000. However, Mally Mall claimed his $12,000 monthly mortgage and additional expenses have put him in the red.
Mally Mall’s bankruptcy filing arrives amid a new lawsuit from one of his victims. Angela Williams and another alleged victim are suing the producer and the state of Nevada over accusations that the defendants perpetuated sex trafficking. Williams also claimed Mally Mall denied her basic needs while he lived lavishly.
Filing for bankruptcy is kind of a smart thing because that way, he can get out of his debts, but it might not work.
