With that being said, this is very unsanitary, and it was that way even before the RONA, so I hope these two are vaccinated; I wouldn’t want them to get sick. Is this an offense that really should lead to an arrest? To me, this seems more like something you would give them a warning for and let them go.
Who is being harmed here?
The couple are the ones who are taking the risk of contaminating themselves during the game in a public bathroom. Did there really need to be three cops to handle this situation? It seems a bit overkill to me to put the guy in handcuffs. He was not a threat to anyone. I have seen cops do less to fans fighting in the stands.
There had to be a better way to handle this. Maybe there should be a ticket or fine? Frankly, just off the video, I didn’t see any action going on, so I will say my friend there was innocent and was just helping a poor woman who had lost her way to use the bathroom.
There is a caveat with all of this.
Nothing has been confirmed, but there are many people online who say the girl looks underage. Since the cops haven’t released any information, it is hard to say.
If she is underage, then everything changes. He deserved to be snitched and go to jail, but at the moment, we have no idea if she just looks young or she is young. Since no names were given, we might never know unless the cops release an official statement on the arrest which they haven’t done at the moment.
