If you are going to do this, you have to win the game.
Especially when the Hornets were without LaMelo Ball, Jalen McDaniels, Mason Plumlee, and Terry Rozier, who are all out for RONA reasons.
PJ Washington and Brittany Renner have been going back and forth on social media this weekend.
Renner has been opening up about their relationship and what led to their breakup.
Renner first stated that after Washington kicked her out of the house, she was forced to live with her mother. She was financially struggling and didn’t even have a car.
In follow-up videos from her visit to Jackson State, she spoke on how Washington cheated on her and then left her to be bullied by social media.
This made Washington call her a fake clown on Twitter, which she replied that she had plenty of screenshots and videos to prove she isn’t a liar.
Hawks fans were apparently keeping up with all this, which led to the chant, but they still took the L.
Miles Bridges scored 32 points and the Charlotte Hornets, without four players, leaned on their best 3-point shooting game of the season and beat the Atlanta Hawks 130-127 on Sunday night.
Bridges made each of his four shots in the fourth quarter, when he scored 13 points.
“I feel like that’s a statement game, let people know that we’re here,” Bridges said.
Kelly Oubre Jr. made six 3s and scored 28 points for Charlotte. The Hornets made a season-high 17 3s.
Washington added 13 points and 11 boards off the bench.
He continues to be a solid role player for the Hornets, and this is likely going to be how his NBA career will go.
Nothing wrong with that.
If he plays his cards right, he can end up with a career like Tristan Thompson minus the Kardashians.
Flip the pages for the chant and Washington and Renner going back and forth.
