Tristan Thompson knew he was in trouble when Maralee Nichols hit him up, saying she was pregnant.
He had to know he went raw in her a few times, and there was a good possibility he was the father unless she was sleeping with a bunch of other people at the time.
Things were going well with him and Khloe Kardashian because she was saying all these loving things about him on social media, and he was always complimenting her created body.
So, he panicked and tried to persuade Nichols to get an abortion for $75k.
Tristan Thompson wanted his alleged baby mama, personal trainer Maralee Nichols, to get an abortion after finding out she was pregnant, according to court docs.
Nichols via her attorney filed a legal request to submit text messages purportedly sent between her and Thompson as evidence for her paternity lawsuit against him, and in the request, obtained by Page Six, she claims he wanted her to terminate the pregnancy.
“It is also apparent from the context and substance of these communications that they are from Tristan to Maralee, which reflects that Tristan is addressing the parties’ relationship, and even with respect to her pregnancy insisting that she get an abortion and threatening that she will get next to nothing with lesser support requirements in Texas,” the documents read.
Nichols, who moved from Houston to Los Angeles, is suing Thompson for child support despite the fact that her baby has yet to be born — though she is due Dec. 3. The baby was allegedly conceived on Thompson’s 30th birthday in March, when he and Khloé Kardashian were still dating.
She moved from Houston to LA because their child support laws are more in favor of the mother than the father.
It is why Thompson is trying to have the case moved to Texas.
In the released text message, Thompson threatens to retire than pay her massive amounts of child support.
