Adele needs to slow down a bit.
She and Rich Paul were about to break up just a few weeks ago, which is why she postponed her Vegas residency. She was holed up at Paul’s mansion until they worked things out, and then she showed up at the BRIT Awards with a million-dollar engagement ring.
Now, she is getting really bold in asking Paul to give her a baby.
Adele has made a vow to fans hoping to see her in Vegas — exclaiming the show will go on — and needs to happen by the end of this year, because she’s got a baby on the brain.
Adele sat down with BBC’s Graham Norton Friday, saying that while she was gutted she couldn’t start the residency … it absolutely is still happening, and she’ll be on stage in 2022.
The pop star was reluctant to announce any exact dates, but says it needs to happen this year because she wants to have a baby in 2023.
Of course, she’s been dating sports biz big shot Rich Paul — so it would appear things are getting very serious between the two.
Graham asked her if she was engaged, and she didn’t confirm it, but she didn’t deny it. It seems the best way to get her to do her Vegas residency was to put a ring on it.
Paul already has three kids, and Adele has one from a previous relationship, so it appears that she believes that Rich Paul is her forever man.
Paul did the impossible in getting Ben Simmons traded to a championship contending team in the NETS, so maybe he can be the one that causes Adele to finally settle down and not make an album about someone leaving her.
