It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything about Sasha Obama, the younger daughter of President Obama.
She probably prefers that too.
However, she’s back in the headlines but now it’s because she’s apparently dating actor Clifton Powell’s son, Clifton Jr. according to VladTV.
The 24-year-old son of actor Clifton Powell Sr. has been seen engaging in light-hearted PDA with Sasha in various photos that have made their rounds on social media. It is not known exactly how long Sasha has been dating the college basketball player-turned-actor, but it is believed that their love affair began shortly after she transferred from the University of Michigan to USC back in 2020.
The former hoops star was awarded a four-year basketball scholarship at the University of California at Santa Barbara … he’s now jumped into the world of commercials … working with big brands like Peloton and Nike.
His dad’s acting chops might’ve served Clifton Jr. well — Clifton Sr.’s been in movies like “Ray” and “Next Friday,” with a long list of upcoming projects.
As we reported, Sasha’s older sister and recent Harvard grad Malia also made the move to the west coast after getting hired as a screenwriter for Donald Glover’s latest project with Amazon.
Malia’s been dating her British boyfriend Rory Farquharson since 2017 … the two met at Harvard.
Only time will tell if they are truly dating.
This is what happens when you have daughters. They grow up and start dating the sons of Pinky from Next Friday. If you thought being the President aged you, imagine having two daughters in the 20s hanging out in LA. That will aged you faster than any cold war. Neither of the Obama kids has gotten married, so right now they are just living life and finding themselves as young women.
