During the BET Awards, Diddy snubbed his girlfriend Yung Miami and acknowledged and thanked his ex-girlfriend of more than 10 years Cassie for all the good things she did to help him reach his goals. While thanking Cassie, Yung Miami was in the crowd cheering him up with the sign “Go papi”.

While at the BET Awards, Diddy was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was given to him by Kanye West, and Diddy proceeded to deliver his acceptance speech.
The speech shouted out people Diddy has worked with or encountered along the way who made an impact and helped him rise to achieve much success. Diddy mentioned Notorious B.I.G., Heavy D, Bobby Brown, and Howard University.
The mogul then shouted out the women in life, starting with his mother, Janice Combs, and then naming his late ex-wife Kim Porter. Diddy also gave thanks to Cassie, for “holding me down in the dark times.” Diddy then thanked “every single person, even if I didn’t say your name.” Yung Miami could be seen in the crowd cheering on the producer by holding up a “Go Papi!”
Jessie Woo called out Yung Miami on Twitter following her “Go Papi!” sign. “That man thanked every woman in his life, including CASSIE…. EXCEPT the woman holding up the ‘Go Papi’ sign…,” said Woo. Yung Miami fired back by saying, “Girl, please!”

The new R&B song “Gotta Move On” addressed Diddy’s 2018 breakup with Cassie after a decade together. People are feeling the smooth and seductive summer vibe, except for Cassie’s husband Alex Fine. According to Hot New HipHop, Alex didn’t just throw a little shade, he threw a whole tree with a post about “people who are in the closet.”
“Happy Friday to all my LGBTQ+ friends. Attached is a charity that helps people who are in the closet and GOTTA MOVE ON,” the personal trainer wrote on a pcture of “LOVE” spelled out in rainbow balloons.
