Twitter folks were shocked after seeing Sixers coach Doc Rivers hitting the like button on tweets about trans p*rn stars, but according to reports, his Twitter account was compromised, and now, all the likes about trans p*rn stars have been unliked
Doc was caught slipping on a Friday night.
One or two things happened.
1- Doc Rivers got hacked, and the hacker decided to just like three random adult tweets.
2- Doc Rivers didn’t know his “Likes” could be viewed publicly and was h*rny on a Friday night.
Either one is plausible.
Doc is going through a divorce, so he might be a single man living in a condo right now, even though he has been reported to have a long-time girlfriend.
Doc eventually “unlike” the tweets, but it was too late because social media has been killing him with some of the funniest tweets and comments I have seen in a very long time.
If Doc is indeed divorced and possibly single, there is nothing wrong with liking what you like behind closed doors.
You have to remember that when you are famous, someone is always watching, even at midnight on a Friday night. Doc might want to take a page from Kevin Durant and get a burning account, and then he can like all the freaky tweets he wants, and no one would know.
Getting caught on your verified account is nasty work.
We pointed out that Doc would likely release a statement saying he was hacked, and that is exactly what happened, according to Side Action;
Sixers beat reporter Paul Hudrick was on top of the story, and reached out the Sixers, who claimed Doc’s account was hacked.
“Confirmed through a source that Doc Rivers’ Twitter account was compromised and the team was working overnight to address it. All of the content has since been unliked and Rivers has full access to his account again.”
Unfortunately they couldn’t get back access immediately.
Apparently there is still an issue with resetting his password that the team is working with Twitter to resolve.
There were some pretty funny reactions to the whole hacking excuse.
