It’s been a very interesting few months since Deion Sanders took over as the head couch of the Colorado Buffaloes.
Things seem to be moving in the right direction for the program. They’ve sold out of their season tickets already which they normally don’t do until August and they have a complete 180 for their spring game compared to last year.
There is legit excitement surrounding the program.
However, Coach Prime continues to lose guys to the transfer portal.
Since taking over, the Buffaloes have lost 41 scholarship players to the transfer portal and 63 of their 83 scholarship players from 2022 have moved on.
Now, this isn’t the worst thing because Colorado wasn’t good last year so losing those guys might not be the end of the world plus at his first practice with the team, he told them that he had a lot of luggage coming and it’s all Louis.
He will probably get guys to come in through the portal also. Only time will tell.
