It wasn’t that long ago that she was a niche social media star whose fame was mostly contained to Gen Z’s on TikTok. But, the last two years have been huge for Olivia Dunne after the Supreme Court legalized NCAA athletes making money on their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) in the Summer of 2021. In plain language, college athletes can accept endorsements, and make money off of being a college athlete, besides being paid directly by the universities themselves.
And, Olivia Dunne has made a killing off of NIL. With over 7 million followers on TikTok and 4 million followers on Instagram, it’s not hard to see how NIL could be great for someone like Olivia Dunne.
And, her commercials for clothing company Vuori have been all over television sets during the NBA playoffs.
Recently, she’s been busy making her debut in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition.
And, it’s not hard to see why Sports Illustrated would want to include her.
Every TikTok Olivia Dunne has goes viral, and her latest TikTok on Thursday evening is no different. But, this time, she has truly lost her mind.
Since Dunne’s SI photoshoot, her popularity has just increased even more, and with one more year of college eligibility left, the sky is the limit for her. She needs to figure out what she is going to do after she graduates from LSU.
