Snoop Dogg Announces He’s Joining Businessman Neko Sparks’ Bid To Buy The NHL’s Ottawa Senators

There really aren’t many avenues that Snoop Dogg hasn’t touched and his next one is a very interesting one.

It’s hockey.

As reported by ESPN’s Kristen Shilton, Snoop has joined a bit to buy the Ottawa Senators joining businessman Neko Sparks. He confirmed it via instagram saying

“Amazing what [Neko Sparks] is trying to do in Ottawa, I’m looking forward to being apart [sic] of that ownership team. I WANNA BRING HOCKEY BACK TO OUR COMMUNITY.”

The price for the Senators is reportedly going to be upwards of $1 billion which would make it the most expensive hockey team and they would also be the first Black owned NHL team in history.

Hope they win the bid.
