It’s official. Shannon Sharpe is no longer part of Fox Sports’ Undisputed after 7 years being partnered with Skip Bayless.
His last day on the show was earlier this week on Tuesday after the NBA Finals. He delivered a very touching goodbye message to all of the staff, crew, and Skip.
Now everyone is left to wonder what is next for Shannon and Undisputed.
In his goodbye message, Shannon said that he would be back but didn’t know when or where yet but as we know there will certainly be speculation. For Undisputed, there have already been rumors swirling about who will be the next co-host of the show and we may know more now.
The favorite to land the job is currently former NFL RB Leseasn “Shady” McCoy and it looks like that he is in fact the one that will be replacing Shannon. After Skip tweeted out that the show would be returning soon and Shady quote tweeted saying yes sir hinting at he’s indeed the new co-host.
Only time will tell and we’ll know soon.
