In the first month of the season, the Miami Heat play the Boston Celtics, and in February, the Denver Nuggets. According to reports, the dates for the Miami Heat’s final two opponents have been finalized.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, the Heat will host the Boston Celtics on October 27 before travelling to face the Denver Nuggets on February 29. The Heat defeated the Celtics in the Eastern Conference Finals before falling to the Denver Nuggets in last year’s NBA Finals.
Both contests will probably be broadcast nationally, giving the Heat at least three opportunities to compete on top networks. On Christmas Day, they also take on the Philadelphia 76ers.

The Heat face three of the best players in the league in those contests. The Celtics are headed by forward Jayson Tatum, and the 76ers are led by Joel Embiid, the current MVP. Leading the Nuggets is Finals MVP Nikola Jokic.
Nikola Jokic Seems Set for a Major Improvement in His Sophomore Year
Nikola Jokic, a big for the Miami Heat, will represent Serbia at the FIBA World Cup this summer. In today’s one-point loss to Italy, he showed promise. This occurred at the “Acropolis” competition in Athens, Greece. Jokic, who also had seven rebounds, three assists, and a block, finished second on the squad with 18 points.
With a field goal percentage of 63 percent and a three-point percentage of 40 percent, his efficiency was clearly on display. Jokic’s first season with the Heat was short in opportunities, and he also played briefly with the Sioux Falls Skyforce.
He shot 40.6 percent from the field for 5.5 points and 2.1 rebounds per game. Jokic appears prepared to make a significant leap in his sophomore season, when he is anticipated to assume a larger role.
It’s important to remember that he might be transferred to Miami in exchange for the Portland Trailblazers’ All-Star Damian Lillard.
