In the Commanders-Cardinals Game, the Ref Was Thrashed but Still Miraculously Revived to Throw the Flag

Hockey was undoubtedly a sport for this referee when he was younger. A play on the sidelines of the Washington Commanders vs. Arizona Cardinals game would spark a lot of controversy.

As Sam Howell, the quarterback for Washington, sprinted out of the pocket to look for a teammate to throw the ball to downfield, he was struck hard and fell to the ground. While he was being struck, a referee was knocked to the ground, but it didn’t hurt too much since he got back up like The Undertaker did during his prime in the WWE.

Remarkably, the referee got up and raised a flag too.

It does seem the Referee was fine and thriving.
