Jonathan Smith, the head football coach of Oregon State, sincerely apologizes for the offensive gesture he made during their most recent game.
Smith apologized for making a “milking” motion toward the end of the Beavers’ victory over Utah last week. In the closing seconds of the 21-7 victory over the Utes, broadcast cameras saw Smith clutching his nipples to signal to his squad that he wanted them to use every last second of the clock.
Smith said
“Not just looking at just our players on tape, looking at myself on tape in regards to how we signal plays at the end,” “Communicate. Gotta do things better there. For those I offended with that, I apologize. I won’t be using that signal again.”
WOW: Jonathan Smith the head coach of Oregon State had to apologise after pretending to milk his nipples against Utah to show his team to milk the clock

Tim Brand of Fox Sports said
“I think he may have been saying, ‘OK milk the clock. You gotta milk it.’ Yeah, that’s what that is,”
Before Utah eventually scored on a 41-yard touchdown to close the gap to 14 points in the fourth quarter, Oregon State had surged out to a 21-0 advantage and kept it intact. With less than three minutes left in the game, Oregon State’s offense received the ball back after the team’s defense made a late stop.
In the interim, Smith’s name has been connected to Michigan State’s opening for the head coaching position.
Oregon State’s victory over Utah was their fourth of the year. In the Pac-12 Conference, the Beavers are currently in sixth position.
The Oregon State Beavers’ next trip will take them to Berkeley, California, where they will play the California Golden Bears.
