Saquon Barkley, the outstanding running back for the New York Giants, should be traded, according to ESPN’s Bart Scott. With a dismal 1-4 record heading into Week 6, the Giants appear set to be sellers before the NFL trade deadline on October 31.
The 2018 Offensive Rookie of the Year, who is in the final year of his deal, is without a doubt their biggest trade chip. The former NFL standout linebacker pleaded with the Baltimore Ravens to call the Giants and give a second-round selection for Barkley on the most recent episode of ESPN’s “Get Up.” Barkley’s addition to the offense, according to Scott, would cause “fear in Kansas City and Cinci-nasty.”
The #Ravens should trade a 2nd round pick to the #Giants for Pro Bowl back Saquon Barkley, per Bart Scott of ESPN.

J.K. Dobbins, a star running back for the Ravens, tore his Achilles against the Houston Texans in Week 1 and was gone for the season. Lamar Jackson, the team’s starting quarterback, has 265 yards and four touchdowns on the ground.
Gus Edwards, who has 241 rushing yards and a touchdown, is second on the team, with Justice Hill coming in third with 115 rushing yards.
The 26-year-old Barkley is one of football’s most dynamic playmakers when he’s healthy. The Penn State graduate only ever played one full season, which was in his debut year of 2018. Barkley had a career-high 1,312 running yards and 10 touchdowns last year despite missing one game.
