Since Justyn Ross was taken into custody, more information has come to light. The Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver was placed on the Commissioner Exempt List after being detained in late October on misdemeanor allegations of domestic assault and property damage.
The charges against the wideout are outlined in court documents that TMZ was able to obtain. Records state that Ross is said to have slammed his girlfriend to the ground and then thrown objects at her because he was furious that she was cheating.
She was observed to have a minor cut on her arm.
Additionally, the woman charges Ross with damaging her jewelry, laptop, car key, and cell phone, among other personal belongings. There are rumors that he also cut up her automobile.
As per TMZ
“The docs also note that two neighbors say they witnessed Ross push the woman … as well as “run a knife across” the woman’s vehicle.”
The WR has entered a not guilty plea, but he has acknowledged that he broke the laptop even though he still maintains that it was his.
Since Ross is on the Commissioner Exempt List, he cannot practice with the Chiefs until Roger Goodell reinstates him. He has a December court appearance scheduled.
