Marcellus Wiley’s Estranged Wife Annemarie Calls Cops On Him Over Alleged Restraining Order Violation

Smiling couple seated on a beige sofa at a formal event; man wears a bright blue suit and patterned tie, woman wears a navy lace dress.

Marcellus Wiley’s relationship drama apparently decided it was not done making headlines. The former NFL star is now dealing with another police call involving his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley.

And the timing? Almost impressively messy.

According to reports, Annemarie called police on Marcellus over an alleged violation of a restraining order. The call came just hours after criminal charges against the former football player were dropped.

Apparently one legal headache was not enough.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Annemarie contacted cops Tuesday to report a potential domestic violence restraining order violation.

We’re told officers responded to the former couple’s marital home in Los Angeles, which Marcellus is barred from entering under the TRO, but determined no crime was committed … so no arrests were made.

Imagine getting one legal problem dropped and then, before you can even enjoy the good news, another police-related issue lands on your doorstep. That is not exactly the peaceful ending anyone ordered.

Marcellus Wiley tells TMZ … At the time in question, I was with our children during a supervised visit with NO issues and NO violations. Yet, once again, Annemarie is making allegations against me. This marks the THIRD attempt to have me arrested for an alleged restraining order violation. She’s now 0 for 3. This latest accusation looks like a panic filled distraction from the facts that are getting impossible to ignore. The State of Florida dropped the case, and the public conversation quickly shifted toward questioning her allegations, contradictions, and gaslighting. When one narrative collapses, another accusation suddenly appears. Welcome to another episode of ‘The Real HouseLies of Annemarie’ Three attempts. Three failures. At some point, it stops looking like protection and starts looking like a pattern.

For now, the latest police call adds another twist to an already complicated situation. The criminal case being dropped may have looked like a clean break from the drama.

Apparently, the drama did not get the memo.

And if these two are hoping for a quiet ending, they may want to keep the popcorn away from the courtroom.
