Michael Thomas, a wide receiver with the New Orleans Saints, created a stir online with his activities. Despite coming close to pulling off a 21-point comeback against the Detroit Lions in Week 13, the New Orleans Saints lost 33-28, and not all fans were happy about it.
During Sunday’s 33-28 loss to the Detroit Lions, quarterback Derek Carr left Thomas unsatisfied.
Thomas appeared to criticize Carr more than once due to the offense’s struggles. Later in the game, New Orleans’ offense picked up some steam and attempted to rally, but was unable to do so in the fourth quarter.

Following the game, Thomas canceled his X account. Before going off injured in the fourth quarter, Carr completed 17 of 22 ball attempts for 226 yards, one touchdown, and one interception.
Along with entering the concussion protocol, the seasoned signal-caller was replaced by Jameis Winston. The Saints’ record now stands at 5-7 for the year.
