Caleb Williams probably isn’t interested in the Chicago Bears drafting him hence hitting on the like button of a post saying the Bears shouldn’t draft him.
Now it’s clear Caleb wants to be somewhere else and not join the Bears.
On Christmas Eve, an X user with the handle @spennyschaum22 sent a tweet indicating that the Bears should not select Williams in the 2024 NFL Draft, and the tweet was ‘liked’ by Williams himself.
“Only one option for the @ChicagoBears in the 2024 @NFL draft. It’s not @CALEBcsw, we want @justnfields,” the tweet read.
“The answer is @MarvHarrisonJr.”
Caleb Williams’ father Carl Williams also had this to say about his draft.
“The way the system is constructed, you go to the worst possible situation”.
“The worst possible team, the worst organization in the league — because of their desire for parity — gets the first pick. So it’s the gift and the curse. I mean, I’ve talked to Archie Manning — his career was shot because he went to a horrible organization. I’ve talked to Lincoln [Riley], and Kyler [Murray] struggled because of where he was drafted. Baker [Mayfield] struggled mightily because of where he was drafted.
“The organizations matter. He’s got two shots at the apple. So if there’s not a good situation, the truth is, he can come back to school.”
Which do you think Caleb Williams wants to join?
