In preparation for his 20th NFL season, Aaron Rodgers is not skipping any weights or stones. Renowned columnist and author Ian O’Connor claims that the quarterback for the New York Jets is “pretty jacked” as he continues to get ready for the upcoming campaign.
The summer will see the release of O’Conner’s book on Rodgers, and in a positive sense, she pointed out that the athlete’s upper body has seen noticeable changes.
That Aaron Rodgers is really preparing for the 2024 season shouldn’t come as a surprise. Heck, Rodgers almost made a comeback this past season after sustaining a devastating Achilles injury during the Jets’ opening offensive series.
I was asked why I'm pulling for a #Jets #Packers Super Bowl. Here's why: My upcoming biography of Aaron Rodgers. I saw him recently & he looks pretty jacked in the upper body. He confirmed he got bigger. Looks ready for a fight. Pre-order: https://t.co/XXJvKUPjVn pic.twitter.com/AcSgJCFXrz

Given the point in his career at which he suffered the injury, the upcoming season will prove to be a true test for the four-time NFL MVP.
Thanks to medical advancements, sportsmen who have sustained such injuries can now recover and even thrive. However, considering that Rodgers turned 40 in December, it will be intriguing to watch how his body responds to the strain.
It should help that he’s made efforts to bulk up and strengthen his body. Regarding the book, its release date is August 13 of this year.
