Micah Parsons of the Cowboys Slam-Dunks as MVP in the NBA Celebrity All-Star Game

Micah Parsons has expressed his desire to win MVP with confidence. And he’s done it now, sort of. However, it’s in the NBA and not the NFL.

After putting up 37 points, 16 rebounds, four steals, and some incredible plays, including the 6-3, 245-pound “Lion-backer” playing above the rim in Team Shannon Sharpe’s 100-91 triumph over Team Stephen A. Smith, the Dallas Cowboys great was named the MVP of the NBA Celebrity All-great game on Friday.

In the warm-up act for this weekend’s official All-Star Game, Parsons, who was a standout football player and wrestler in high school back in Pennsylvania, also showed off his amazing agility as a basketball player. He attacked the hoop and impressed.

The headline event on Sunday is set to feature performances by Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks.
