Megan Fox has spilled the beans in a jaw-dropping interview, revealing she’s not just had one or two boob jobs, but a whopping three! The actress didn’t hold back, sharing the highs and lows of her cosmetic journey with brutal honesty.
The actress admitted to feeling insecure about her body and succumbed to societal pressures by opting for cosmetic procedures. Despite the surgeries, Fox emphasized the importance of self-acceptance.
Fox’s story sheds light on the darker side of fame, where individuals feel compelled to conform to unrealistic beauty standards. The revelation serves as a reminder that even public figures struggle with insecurities.
Now Megan, 37, has taken back control and confessed to spending £25,000 on three boob jobs over the past 16 years — along with a nose job, Botox and laser surgical procedures.
Megan, 5ft 4in and now with a 32D bust, said: “My boobs have been fake since I was 21 or 22.
“I got them done in between the first and second Transformers films. But I had them done conservatively. Because back then everyone did the work, but you had to do work that was undetectable.
“I, always, was that little girl that was in the mirror like, ‘Where are my boobies?’. I always wanted big boobies.”
Becoming a mum to her three sons, Noah, 11, Bodhi, nine, and Journey, seven, from her marriage to Beverly Hills, 90210 actor Brian Austin Green, prompted the next round of surgery.
She added: “I had them redone after I was done breastfeeding my kids.
“I don’t know where they went, but they went.
“Then I had to have them redone very recently because with the first set I didn’t have enough body fat to disguise them — you could see the rippling thing of the implants.”
Discussing her third surgery, she said she chose to go bigger and begged her surgeon to give her “stripper t***ies”.
She explained: “My body doesn’t react well to general anaesthesia, so when I go to have a surgery it’s a very big deal.
“Going under anaesthesia is a risk to your life, so when I had to go in for this set I was like, ‘Look, if you’re going to put me to sleep, if I’m going to be sick for two months from the general anaesthesia . . . I better wake up with the biggest boobs you can fit in’.
“And that is what he said he did. They’re a 32D, which is not that big, they just look big on my body, because my body’s tiny.”
Megan added: “I was like, ‘I want a reward for the suffering I have to go through, I don’t want to wake up with a full B cup’.
“I wanted t**ties. I don’t care what’s on trend, give me 1990 stripper t**ties. And he did it.”
In the revealing interview, Megan shut down the speculation and denied claims she’d had buccal fat removal, which helps slim your cheeks.
She said: “I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring or anything like that.”
“I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring.”
She continued: “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind, no lateral brow lift, although I would like one.
“No regular brow lift, I’ve never done threads (a non-surgical facelift procedure using fibres).
“That’s not because of some moral thing, I just don’t really believe they work and I’m also afraid they would interfere when I do need to have a facelift.
“I’m very tempted to go have my eyebrows snatched, like, all the way (back). I want that look.
“That seems fun and you can do it on a lunch break. I see why it’s so tempting.
“I will never be taking fat out, which leads me to I’ve never had any liposuction or body contouring.”
From the brutally honest interview, It’s clear that transparency in public figures like Fox sparks crucial conversations about body image perceptions and the plastic surgery discourse.
