After playing for the Packers the previous season and the Texans the four before, Owens will be joining the Bears for the third time in his five-year NFL career.
Shortly after the news surfaced, Biles, a gymnastics legend and four-time Olympic gold medal winner, responded with a post on X.

“I’m so excited about not having a connecting flight to go & see my husband hahahahaaha,”
The 28-year-old Owens had 84 tackles, three pass breakups, a forced fumble, and a touchdown in 17 games with the Packers in 2023. He started 11 games and played 775 defensive snaps for them.
In his four seasons with the Texans, Owens made thirty-one game appearances. He’s moving to Chicago to play with players like Kevin Byard, who recently signed with the Bears, and Jaquan Brisker.
This season, in addition to his on-field accomplishments, Owens has gained greater recognition for his relationships off the field. Owens married Biles in a Houston ceremony in April, and a month later, they traveled to Mexico for a destination wedding.
