The person inside the boat asked for Scott to be taken off the boat but declined to file any charges. Shouting profanities, Scott walked backward as police led him from the yacht to the boardwalk. Scott allegedly threatened police when he got to his car, stating, “if he gets in the vehicle he’s gonna catch a fade,” indicating that he planned to fight.
After leaving the area, Scott came back to the dock around five minutes later. This time, he ignored many police cautions and acted recklessly, yelling as he neared the yacht.
After being warned and being intoxicated, Scott, whose true name is Jacques Bermon Webster II, was taken into custody at 01:17 on suspicion of trespassing. According to reports, he paid a $650 bond and was detained around 04:35.
