21 people were arrested during a two-day undercover operation that started on November 4 and was carried out by the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Vice Unit om Florida.
Undercover investigators visited several massage parlors in Polk County’s Davenport, Dundee, Lakeland, and Winter Haven regions to buy legal massages from certified massage therapists. Twenty of the massage therapists offered to engage in sexual acts during these sessions in exchange for payment.

When he rejected her advances, one suspect, Jinxia Huang, assaulted the undercover investigator.
Cops release a statement following arrest of prostitutes
While cops detained another woman for prostitution, another suspect, Xiu Lin, was arrested outside a massage parlor for resisting arrest by interfering. Sheriff Grady Judd said :
“We want our communities to be safe and free from illegal activities, and criminals who take advantage of people. These arrests are part of our ongoing efforts to hold those who break the law accountable. We’re focused on keeping our neighborhoods safe, and we’ll keep cracking down on businesses that operate outside the law,”

- Ocean Massage Star, 127 Alamo Drive East
- Lucky Asian Massage, 3234 South Florida Avenue
- Eastern Massage, 105 Allamanda Drive
- Sun Spa, 110 Polo Park East
