Ben Affleck is currently not interested in pursuing romantic relationships, according to a source speaking exclusively to Page Six. The 52-year-old actor, known for his role as Batman, is focused on his various ongoing projects and is still adjusting to being single after his divorce from Jennifer Lopez.
The source reveals that Ben has no desire to rush into another relationship, emphasizing that his divorce with Jennifer has not been finalized yet and even if it were, dating is out of his books.
“Ben has no interest in jumping into another relationship at the moment.”
“He’s taking this time to focus on himself, his kids, and the numerous projects he’s working on,” the source said.
The insider adds, “Ben’s divorce from Jennifer hasn’t even been finalized, but even if it were, dating is just not where his head is at.”
Affleck has been spending time with his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their three children – Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. The ex-couple spent Thanksgiving together and volunteered at the Midnight Mission in Los Angeles, where they helped serve 2,000 meals to those in need, as reported by the outlet.
The source added, “Even though they’ve been split for a while, their relationship remains strong because of their history and their dedication to co-parenting.”
Jennifer, who is 55 years old, filed for divorce from Ben earlier this year, coincidentally on the second anniversary of their Georgia wedding where the couple slipped out to Las Vegas in July 2022.
Ben is using this time to concentrate on himself, his children, and his career and that’s a good thing to do especially when the dating scene out there is chaotic.
