r Doja Cat and Jack Harlow recently released their new song, “Just Us,” but the music video features more than just them. Harlow and Doja describe their desires in their single, “Paint the Town Red” (no pun intended), which was released on Friday, March 21.
The two express their desire to be alone. In the video that goes with the song, the two are seen looking at each other in a restaurant before dancing in the kitchen and dining area. A number of celebrities, including John Mayer, PinkPantheress, Matt Damon, Nicholas Braun, and Taylor Rooks, Harlow’s best friend and sports anchor, watch the duo in action.
In a fleeting appearance, Rooks dazzles in a navy dress with her hair styled in braids. She can be seen conversing with a companion at the table while pouring some wine.
Now, Rooks has previously made an appearance in one of Harlow’s videos. She had an appearance in the music video for Harlow and Drake’s joint single, “Churchill Downs,” back in 2022.
Rooks has frequently praised Harlow. Taylor Rooks referred to Harlow as “one of [her] best friends in the world” in a December 2023 interview with Vibe.
Rooks stated: “He is somebody that I trust and we speak every day and he’s just a very big part of my life,”
