At Paycom Center, the Minnesota Timberwolves faced the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 5 of their conference finals matchup. Regretfully, the Timberwolves suffered a crushing defeat as the Thunder showed off their overwhelming power. Anthony Edwards was under intense scrutiny after this difficult loss because of his poor performance.

In the conference finals, the Timberwolves faced a formidable 1-3 disadvantage when they took the court. Unfortunately for them, the results were unfavorable once more. The final score was 94-124, and they lost to the Thunder by an incredible 30 points. The Timberwolves’ quest for the championship title this season came to an end with this defeat.

Dwight Howard felt compelled to send Edwards a message after their playoff exit.

In a recent post on X (previously Twitter), Howard wrote:

“We still repoing Ant Man and the A I still got Ant as the face of the league next years but SGA said. KNOCK KNOCK ANT: WHO’S THERE? SGA: OKC ANT: OKC WHO? SGA: OK C YOU NEXT SEASON,”

Howard’s scathing remark on Edwards may cause some controversy within the NBA.
