Update From Diddy’s Live Sex Trafficking And RICO Trial And All The Wild Pictures From His Freak Offs

Let’s talk about the latest update from Diddy‘s sex trafficking and RICO trial. If you’ve been following the case, you’ll know that things have been heating up in the courtroom. The prosecution has been bringing in witnesses left and right, trying to build their case against the music mogul.

But Diddy’s defense team has been coming back strong, poking holes in the prosecution’s arguments and fighting tooth and nail to clear their client’s name. It’s been one heck of a legal battle, with both sides pulling out all the stops.

Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes testified that he recently published “In Search of Freezer Meat,” a men’s self-help book about erectile dysfunction by way of a penis implant that he said features Sean “Diddy” Combs and Cassie Ventura.

Hayes told prosecutors that sexual encounters Combs and Ventura are editorialized in the book in “six-and-a-half” pages where he called them a “married wealthy couple.”

He said he “sensationalize[d]” describing Ventura in the book.

“It’s real genuine medical advice but it’s framed as me telling personal stories,” Hayes told the jury.

“When I was going through the issue, it was hard for me to find a relatable source to help me with the problem, so I decided to write a book.” I use personal stories where I try to make light of the issues and comical references that could possibly be relatable”

Hayes said earlier that he had experience sexual performance issues when he was around Combs and Ventura, specifically experiencing anxiety and maintaining an erection.

Special Agent Gerard Gannon held up a pair of 7-inch heels found during the raid of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami home as trial wrapped up for the day.

Gannon was asked about the heels and other evidence found at Combs’ home since the agent was present for the March 25, 2024 search.

Gannon is expected to continue testifying tomorrow morning.

The jury was shown photos taken during a raid of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami home, showing sex toys, bottles of baby oil and parts of AR-15 firearms.

The images depicted upper and lower receivers of the semi-automatic weapon, sex toys, six bottles of baby oil, eight bottles of Astroglide personal lubricant, condoms, platform high heels and women’s lingerie.

The photos were shown as a federal agent, Gerard Gannon, testified about the search of the Florida home.

Special Agent Gerard Gannon testified about raiding Sean “Diddy” Combs’ Miami home months before he was arrested in September.

Gannon — who works in Homeland Security’s human trafficking group — testified about being apart of a group of 80 or 90 agents who searched Combs Miami Beach home on March 25, 2024.

The house was on Star Island — where a lot of “celebrities and rich people live,” Gannon told the jury.

During the dramatic raid, agents used an armoured car “to break open the gate,” he testified.

Combs’ Holmby Hills home in the Los Angeles area was also raided the same day.

Sean “Diddy” Combs appeared to try to warm himself up in a frigid courtroom this morning, crossing and rubbing his arms and cupping and blowing into his hands.

Judge Arun Subramanian acknowledged the chilly temps in the room after a lunch break.

“We’re going to try to get the temperature turned up just a few degrees. I’m freezing here right with you,” the judge said.

The temperature was slightly warmer in the courtroom in the afternoon.

Sean “Diddy” Combs would throw condoms and cash down as he ordered around Cassie Ventura and an escort nicknamed “The Punisher” during “freak-offs,” graphic testimony revealed.

“I like this s–t,” Combs once told the pair after chucking cash on a bed while the escort and Ventura were having sex, Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes testified.

The exotic dancer was hired between eight and 12 times for the twisted sex sessions. On his last encounter with the celebrity duo, Hayes said, Combs at one point threw condoms on the couch and told him in an “assertive,” “aggressive” tone that he was “ready” to see him have sex with Ventura.

Hayes testified he understood he was there “to create a scene” and Combs was sort of like a movie director during the sex marathons while he and Ventura were like actors in the scenarios.

Exotic dancer Sharay “The Punisher” Hayes says the first time he was hired to enact a sexy scene for Cassie Ventura and Sean “Diddy” Combs, he didn’t recognize the music mogul because he was naked but wearing a Muslim face covering.

Hayes, 51, says he was hired in the fall of 2012 by someone who called themselves Janet and was told to come to Trump Tower for what he thought was going to be a striptease for a group of women.

But when he arrived, only Ventura greeted him at the door and explained they were going to be creating a “sexy scene” with baby oil and that he shouldn’t look at her husband when he came out to watch.

“She handed me a stack of money,” Hayes said, adding it was $800.

Hayes and Ventura started putting baby oil on themselves when a naked man came into the dimly lit room.

“I could not see his face,” Hayes said. “He had what the Muslim women wear, where their face is completely covered and you could only see his eyes.” Hayes didn’t specify further about what the head garb was.

Hayes said the man was carrying a bottle of Astroglide personal lubricant and he masturbated and then left the room.

Ventura also left the room after handing Hayes another $1,200, he testified.

Hayes said he was hired by the pair another eight to 12 times and he eventually discovered the man was Combs when he went to meet them at the Essex House Hotel in Manhattan that had a sign welcoming “Mr. Sean Combs.”

Sharay Hayes, a male exotic dancer nicknamed “The Punisher,” is on the witness stand.

Hayes, 51, testified that he got the nickname in his teens when he was playing basketball on West 4th Street.

Regina Ventura, the mother of Cassie Ventura, was on the witness stand for about 15 minutes before she was done testifying.

Regina Ventura testified about wiring money to Sean “Diddy” Combs after he contacted Cassie threatening to release sexually explicit videos of her.

Combs’ defense attorney Marc Agnifilo opted to not question Regina on cross-examination.

Sean “Diddy” Combs once demanded Cassie Ventura pay him $20,000 and threatened to release “freak-off” videos of her because the fallen music mogul was enraged at her relationship with Kid Cudi, according to testimony.

The revelation came out as Ventura’s mom, Regina Ventura, began testifying about how she and her husband took out a home equity loan to pay the Bad Boy Records founder’s demand when he found out his on-and-off girlfriend Cassie Ventura was dating rapper Kid Cudi — whose real name is Scott Mescudi.

The trial is still ongoing, but it looks like it’s shaping up to be a real nail-biter. We’ll just have to wait and see how it all plays out in the end. Will Diddy be convicted or beat the case and be a free man? Only time will tell!
