Chris Brown is a man of many passions. Whether it’s music, art, or cinema, he has a genuine talent for it. Last week, the alleged victim of his nightclub brawl had their lawsuit dismissed.
Chris Brown appears to have struck a deal with the man who sued him over an alleged brawl that happened at a nightclub, putting one aspect of his legal battle behind him.
In 2023, Abe Diaw filed a lawsuit against Chris, alleging that the singer had hit him with a bottle of tequila while he was performing at London’s TAPE nightclub. On Friday, Abe submitted documents requesting that a judge in Los Angeles County dismiss the lawsuit.
The documents state that Diaw wants it dismissed with prejudice, which means he is unable to refile it and usually indicates that the parties reached a settlement. We have contacted Chris and Abe’s lawyers, but we are unsure if any money was transferred.
