Lakers free agent signing Jake LaRavia got caught in a bit of a scandal recently. After being exposed for leaving some thirsty comments on Angel Reese, he quickly jumped on the classic “my account got hacked” excuse.
But come on, can we really believe that his account magically got hacked right after he got caught? It’s a bit suspicious if you ask me.
LaRavia, who spent last season with the Memphis Grizzlies and Sacramento Kings, is a threat from deep, having shot 37.1 percent from the field from beyond the arc throughout his career, while he shot 42 percent from deep in 2024/25.
Some old tweets of his have resurfaced since he joined L.A. and put him in a terrible light, given that they’re about Angel Reese… and they aren’t all that upstanding.
LaRavia would claim his account was hacked after sharing the posts in May, but they’re still there.
The drama is unfolding, and we’ll have to wait and see how it all plays out. Will Reese respond to these thirty tweets?
