Tuesday night’s game finished with a terrible last possession for Indiana, as the Fever lost to the Wings. In front of the Indiana bench and the still-injured Caitlin Clark, Kelsey Mitchell, who finished with a team-high 24 points, made the game-winning basket.

As everyone stepped onto the court following the game, Clark started clapping demonstratively towards official Amy Bonner, indicating that he did not enjoy the way the game finished or the umpires’ performance. That segment may be seen in the last few seconds of the WNBA’s YouTube complete game highlights.
As she attempted to leave, Getty captured some images of the heated exchange between Bonner and Clark before the program cut away. The referee turned and motioned back towards her bench, clearly noticing Clark.
Clark maintained her composure by forcibly restraining coach Stephanie White to keep her off the floor earlier in the game.
