Molly Qerim Looks Chic in Her First Appearance Since Leaving ESPN

Last month, Molly Qerim shocked the sports media community by announcing with emotion that she was departing ESPN and the First Take show, which she had co-hosted since 2015.

The 41-year-old Emmy Award winner has not yet disclosed her plans for the future. Since sharing a sad farewell on Instagram Stories, Qerim has maintained a comparatively quiet profile, writing in part:

“Hosting this show has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Every morning, I had the privilege of sharing this desk with some of the most brilliant, passionate, and entertaining voices in sports – and with all of you, the best fans in the world.”

She did briefly return to the public eye on October 1st when she returned to the University of Connecticut campus to supervise a Q&A session with Dan Hurley, the men’s basketball coach for the UConn Huskies.

Hurley wrote a few weeks ago, but it hasn’t been seen yet: “I’m excited to share that we’ll be holding a Q&A for ‘Never Stop’… moderated by the great @mollyqerim!”
